in India there is a inequality between a girl child and the baby child so so as to give more important for the male child father's property was not distributed or shared with share to the daughters so this shows the inequality between a son and daughter hence the government had made a rule that as per the supreme court judgement that both the son and the daughter is eligible to get equal share in the ancestral property
