The main sources of freshwater on earth are


*Ground water:-

It water found in shallow aquifers beneath the earth's surface.

This water is generally found at depths up to around 2,000 feet deep.


*Surface water:-

Water found in streams, rivers, lakes, and reservoirs and as the previous respondent suggested glaciers...
