What is the law of limiting factor ? Explain.

Law of limiting factors,given by Blackman in 1905 states that if a chemical process(photosynthesis) is affected by more than one factor then the rate of photosynthesis will depend on that factor which is near to its minimal value or you can say the factor which which can directly affect the process of photosynthesis if its quantity get changed.
