Heya ✌✌
Here is ur Ans ➡

the principle that when a ray of light, radar pulse, or the like, is reflectedfrom a smooth surface the angle ofreflection is equal to the angle of incidence, and the incident ray, thereflected ray, and the normal to the surface at the point of incidence all lie in the same plane

Following laws of reflection are valid for smooth surfaces like mirror, still water surface etc. (1)the incident ray, Normal and reflectedray all lie in same plane. (3) angle of incidence is always equal to angle of angle of reflection. The incident ray, normal and reflected ray lie in the same plane.

Hope This Helps u ☺.

The laws of reflection are:
1.The angle of reflection of the light reflected from a surface is equal to the angle of incidence at the point of reflection.
2.The reflected ray, the incident ray and the point of reflection all lie on the same plane.
