The resulting perfect square is :
2222 - 13 = 2209

The square root of 2209 is :

=>
√2222

=>47.138........

now lt us round off 47.138 to next least hundered

=>47

now

=>47×47

=>2209

so the pefect square before 2222 is 2209

so  least number that should be subtracted from 2222 in order to obtain a perfect square = 2222 - 2209

=>.13
check

=>2222 - 13 = 2209


=>√2209 = 47
