Let the length of the rectangle be x cm

and the breadth of the rectangle be 10 cm

Given perimeter = 60 cm

A / q

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( l + b )

=> 60 cm = 2 ( x + 10 ) cm

=> 60 cm = 2x + 20 cm

=> 60 - 20 cm = 2x

=> 40 cm = 2x

=> 40 / 2 cm = x

=> x = 20 cm

Therefore the length of the rectangle is 20 cm
