16900 = l ^ 2

√16900 = l

l = 130

one side of square is 130 m

using as a triangle

height = 130

base = 130

using Pythagoras theorem

hypo ^2 = height ^2 + base ^ 2

= 130 ^2 + 130 ^2

= 33800

hypo = √33800

hypo. = 183.84m

hence diagonal is 183.84 m
