Per capita income is used as the main World Bank in classifying different countries.
As per World development report 2014 countries with per capita income about $12,616 per annum are called right or high income countries.
And the countries with income $1,035
Are considered as high income countries .
LIMITATION
Captain Company full for comparison but it does not tell us how this income is distributed among the people.

3) Countries between 4,53,000& 37,000 per annum are called middle income countries.
4) Those countries with PCI of 37,000 or less are called low income countries.
