Diamond due to its most high value of internal reflection and refractive index value have maximum shiny look.

the answer was little correct but the main difference is that glass melts on heating or undre a great heat teperature now dimonds do not melt on heating either on great teperature of heat .Now here is a example for diamonds take the dimond near the lava of volcano or any high teperature it does not melt here in this situation if there was a glass it would melt and be vanished.So this is the difference between dimond and glass. thankyou
