copy:we can  copy one file to another file that means we can  save one file and can aslo save tht file in another folder

eg:if we want to hav a soft copy of anything like want somethng both in pendrive n pc then we use copy coomand

cut:cut is used to cut the file and place tht file in another location than means we wont have another copy of it when we use cut command

eg:if we want to hav a soft copy only in drive then we can cut from the pc and can paste it in drive
