While both plants and animals are living organisms but they can be differentiated with the movement characteristics.

Plants can’t move from one place to another while on the other hand animals can move from one place to another because animals contain specialized protein to promote movement in the body.

Animals have neutron to transfer information from one cell to another while plants just pass electrical and chemical singles to pass information from one cell to another.
