Agenda 21 is the declaration signed by world leaders in 1992 at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED). It took place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil . It aims at achieving global sustainable development . It is an agenda to combat environment damage, poverty, disease,through global co-operation on common intrest, mutual needs and shared responsibilities . One of its main objective is that every local government should draw it's own local Agenda 21. Australia, America, Africa,Europe and Russia going through this plan and has gained much development they can. Therefore Agenda 21 is a non-lending action plan of the UN with regard sustainable development.
