the shortest and the major deffrence between SRAM & DRAM is DRAM need to be refresh frequently to store data in it on the other hand SRAM does not need to be refresh frequently and it is faster then DRAM and can store more data then DRAM but SRAM is more expensive then DRAM as it is faster then DRAm
