All neutrons are identical. Neutrons, with the mass of 1.674928 * 10^-24 g, are slightly more massive than protons, but the difference in mass is so small that neutrons are also given an atomic mass of 1 amu. A neutron has slightly more mass than a proton. Each has almost 2,000 times the mass of an electron.
