G is Universal gravitational constant.Its value is constant everywhere in the universe. It is force of attraction between any two objects of unit masses separated by unit distance in the universe. Unit is Nm²/kg²

g is Acceleration due to gravity. It changes from place to place. It is acceleration produced on a freely falling body due to gravitational force. Unit is m/sec²
