it can also relate to a specific human behavior where a group of person retaliate back to a political or government party due to their lack of attention to their employees as the ruling party does not provide satisfaction to their needs and problems, therefore resulting in a lock out of the people in need, which in turn due to non-satisfaction of the people therefore carry out a group strike of sorts to show their unappreciation to their respective lacking party.
