what is the meaning of. nuclear membrane is found in eukaryotes . no organelles, like once in eukaryotes are found in prokaryotic cell except for ribosomes.

Eukaryotes are well developed cells thus have organelles like Nuclear Membrane (ex Plant cells)
While Prokaryotic cell are not well developed like Virus they only have Ribosomes and RNAs and a Cell membrane
