1.enactment of Copra(CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT OF 1956).under this act a three tier quasi-judicial system was adopted at the district,state and national level.
2.RTI ACT in october 2005,under this act goverment have provided special rights to the consumer under which they can seek infornations regarding goverments major policies and desicions.
3.Standardisation of priducts=there are organisations like agmark,hallmark,isi etc. which develops quality standords for many products.
4.right to seek redressel is another useful implantation by the goverment under which the consumer can appeal to the court by giving information ragading his exploitation.
