Here is the answer to your question!!

Pulses are astronomical objects - remnants of dying stars.
If a star has a mass between 4 and 8 times the mass of the Sun, at the last stage of its life it explodes as a supernova when the outer layer of the star blows off violently and the central region of the star collapse under gravity.
It collapses so much that protons and electrons are squeezed in to form neutrons, forming a small, fast-spining "neutron star".
As they spin, neutron stars send out rotating beams of radio waves much like light beams from a littlehouse, which can be received on Earth as rapid radio pulses.
For this reason, neutron stars are also known as pulsating stars or "Pulsars."
