ANSWER

All democratic countries have a constitution. Insimple words, a constitution is a rulebook with a set of rules to be followed in the country.

These rules also include some basic fundamental rights which all citizens have. Some of them are Right to life, Freedom of speech and opinion, etc..

Whenever these rights are violated, there is another right Right to constitutional remedies. This means that whenever someone violates your rights, this right helps you stating that in the court.
