stimulus is the sensitive place-like places where if you do anything related to the stimulus it gets a sudden change in its environment
to understand it further consider the following examples.....
1. when you are tickled then you start laughing and try to move away
2. when you touch a touch me not it will fold itself and only open after a few minutes
3. when you put a powerful light beam on an earthworm,it will try to go to darker places like dig into te soil back.
