What is the meaning of the colour wheel that is given at the end page of some drawing copies ?

Answer:

It is to help distinguish between primary, secondary and tertiary colours and also to help us make correct shades while mixing two colours. It helps in deciding what amount of colour we we've to take in a particular shade.
