Answer: The school boy loves to rise on a summer morning because the poet is getting an opportunity to be with birds,
huntsman and the skylark. Poet is complaining that going school is a king of cruelty which takes all the joy out of a summer morning. Here, the school boy is making a request with his parents if I will be forced to spend my anxious hour in the school neither I will take the delight of books nor the lessons of nature. These lines of the poem – Ah! Then at times eye dropping sit, and spend many hours; nor in my book can I take delight tells us that the child does not enjoy sitting in the class.
