The message in the poem ozymandias is that nothing is bigger than time. The king tried to immortalize himself by making his statue but time plays a havoc with him. By time his statue destroyed .He done everything he could but time destroyed and ruined his statue.
Time can make it, Time can break it.
It also gives a message that everything in this world is mortal.
