It contribute to a lot of amount of carbon dioxide emissions which are caused due to the burning of the trees in the forest.

• Forest fire release a lot of toxic greenhouse gases into the air, increase carbon dioxide concentration and increase temperature.

• It also kills lot of plants and animals, some of which might be endemic species. They leave behind ashes which destroy the fertility of the soil, leads to erosion, landslides and floods.
