Forest fire is one of the most dangerous natural disaster which occurs in a forest where a large amount of forest is being burnt off for the fact a fire has been introduced in the forest due to some natural factors like lighting.
Forest fire is type of an epidemic which spread very fast in the forest. It kills the trees and the flora and fauna which are present in the forest.
It contribute to a lot of amount of carbon dioxide emissions which are caused due to the burning of the trees in the forest.

- Forest fire is one of the most serious ad tragic natural disasters. It usually occurs in dry regions, under increased heat, or wind when leaves lash against each other and breaks into fire due to friction.
- Forest fire release a lot of toxic greenhouse gases into the air, increase carbon dioxide concentration and increase temperature.
- It also kills lot of plants and animals, some of which might be endemic species. They leave behind ashes which destroy the fertility of the soil, leads to erosion, landslides and floods.
