what is the minimum ht of a plus one student I am only 169cm. is it a problem. won't I grow longer​

There is no minimum height of a plus one student, I have seen boys as short as 140 cm and as tall as 187 cm and your height is not a problem and is normal . So don't worry about your height as it is genetically bound. You will grow longer at a faster rate till 18 then this speed will decline but You will still grow in height.  

Studies have proven that taking stress also hampers height growth, so don't worry about your height, have a proper diet and exercise regularly and you will automatically notice a change in your height :D
