Molality =no. Of moles/mass of solvent
Density =mass /volume
1.230=mass of soln /1000
Mass of soln=1230
As 3.75 M means 3.75 moles of H2SO4 in 1 L soln
3.75 ×98 = 367.5 gm H2SO4=mass of H2SO4
So mass of solvent ,water = 1230-367.5
=862.5
Molality=mole of H2SO4/mass of water
=(3.75/862.5)1000=4.34 m
