Hey Mate!!

Answer ;

The Molecular formula for this compound is C2H4. { organic gas }

The empirical formula of an organic compound containing carbon and hydrogen is CH2

The empirical formula mass is 14 g/mol respectively.

The mass of one litre of this organic gas is exactly equal to that of one litre of N2

In other words, the mass of one mole of this organic gas is exactly equal to that of one mole of N2

(as volume is directly proportional to the number of moles). It is equal to 28 g/mol.

n = empirical mass/Molecular mass

= 28/14

= 2

Therefore, the molecular formula of the organic gas is 2×CH2

=C2H4

Hope this helps you!!
