3. Food

→ Without food a human could survive for 1-3 week, food gives us energy to do work and give us nutrition for our survival. Food helps in developing our body. You can say it's the fuel of our body and if we will not receive food then our body will stop developing and will stop functioning.

Health. ::-

-->Being healthy is the single, most important part of our existence – without good health, our lives can be cut short. That said, it's important not to take good health for granted and feed our bodies nutrients that they deserve by eating a balanced diet and engaging in regular physical activity.

Water:-

-->Make sure to drink enough water throughout your day. If you haven’t drank enough today, pause reading this and go get yourself some.

Food::-

-->Our bodies function off of vitamins and minerals and other nutrients found in the food we intake. Over-/processed foods can stuff our bodies with unnatural and, at times, harmful ingredients. Be mindful of what you allow yourself to enter into your body.

QUOTE::-

HEALTH IS THE WEALTH!
