As far as I can tell webpy, Bottle and Flask are all good choices. I'd spend a day looking at all three and maybe do a small prototype in each and see which one seems the most natural to me. After doing that I'm going with web.py because it seems to be the simplest and for I prefer to figure out what I need rather than have a framework "help" me.
