God is unnamed . He created the world and but people created his names - brahma , Vishnu , Jesus , allah etc .... all have different gods . This is why we have religion .

Why does only allah exist ? Yes there is one god but how are u so sure ? Just because of worshipping Islam the only god can't be allah . Christians believe in Jesus . There's no justification to this but just that He ( the god)created us and thus is unnamed . He is just god he has many names .
No You are Absolutely Wrong Sister. Read the Quran Habitually with it's Translation. In Surah Ar Rahman Allah Says that How many Things will You deny from Allah Which he Created on this Earth and Then the Next verse of this Surah Says "This is the Hell of Fire which we have Promised with You and We will Through You in This Hell on the Day of Judgement And the Day of Judgement will Come when All The Judgement Sign will Completed.
