What is the name of this punctuation mark - ... (Those three dots)

The three dots (...) are simply used to express an incomplete sentence. It's used when youdon't wanna express the whole situation, but just create a sense of curiosity in the reader's mind and wanna make them understand the things without actually explaining everything.

E.g.- I was standing at the door and...
