IN ORDER TO MAKE JUSTICE AFFORDABLE AND CONVENIENT, NAYAYA PANCHAYATS FUNCTION IN RURAL AREAS. A NAYAYA PANCHAYAT MEIN PATA 2324 VILLAGES. HOWEVER IT CAN HEAR ONLY PRETTY CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CASES. ALSO THEY ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO LEAVE ME FINDS ON THE PEOPLE AND NOT SEND ANY ONE TO THE PRISON. THE VERTEX OF THE NAYAYA PANCHAYAT ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE CHALLENGED IN DISTRICT COURTS.
