Answer (i) There are two atoms of Carbon in each C2H6 molecules hence 1 mole of C2H6 will have 2 moles of carbon atoms. So that Number of moles of carbon atoms in 3 moles of C2H6 = 2 × 3 = 6 moles (ii) There are six atoms of hydrogen in each molecules of C2H6 hence 1 mole of C2H6 will have 6 moles of hydrogen atoms.
