No. of molecules = given mass in gram/molecular weight × N•

Here ;
● Molecular weight of water(H2O) =
(1×2) + (16×1)
= 18 g
● Given mass = 0.06 g
● N• = 6.023 × 10^23

No. of water molecules = (0.06/18) × 6.023 × 10^23
= 1/200 × 6.023×10^23
= 3.011 × 10^21 molecules.

hope this helped,

Answer:

mass =0.06g molecular mass=h2o =1+16×2 =18u to find = no of molecules in o.o6 g of water drop

no of molecules = no of moles ×6.022×10^23

= mass / molecular mass ×6.o22 ×10^23

=0.06/18 × 6.022×10 ^23

=6/18 ×100 × 6.022×10^23

= 1/300 ×6.022×10^23

= 1/3 ×6.022× 10 ^21

=6.022 ×10^21 /3

= 2.007 ×10^21
