Use direct formula i.e.

That mean square sum of all unit vectors then take it in square root .

Using this concept here :

Let say magnitude be λ

λ = √ ( 3² + 4² + 5² )

λ = √ ( 9 + 16 + 15

λ = √ 50

λ  =  5 √ 2

Hence we get answer .
