It is “Spinster”
"Spinster" is an old-fashioned concept. But it can still be used.
But “Spinster” cannot be used to mean simply 'unmarried woman' as such, referring to a stereotype of an older woman who is unmarried, childless.
So, it can be said as “Bachelorette”.
But this word can be used for Women who is divorced/widowed.
