The sentence is in present active sense. An act that is still in continuation.
Passive : I am not been helped by them.
Help is the verb and I is the subject on which the action is to be performed. Passive, is in sense, not active at current moment and has the sentence need to be in present perfect tense as the original sentence is in present tense!!
A verb is in the passive voice when the subject of the sentence is acted on by the verb. For example, in “The ball was thrown by the pitcher,” the ball (the subject) receives the action of the verb, and was thrown is in the passive voice.
This is the example of this sentence "They do not help me." This is the similar example as you want....
Hope this will help you... ✌
