I consider the angle of the sector as @ for convenience.

Perimeter of a sector => 2r + r (@)

$= > 2(7) + 7( \frac{\pi}{4} )$

$= > 14 + \frac{7\pi}{4}$

$= > 14 + \frac{7 \times 22}{7 \times 4}$

$= > 14 + 5.5$

=> 19.5 cm
