One sperm nucleus(n) + egg cell(n) = zygote(2n). Another sperm nucleus (n) + binucleate central cell = primary endosperm nucleus (3n).

Primary endosperm nucleus has a ploidy 3n It is the nucleus which results from the fusion of the two polar nuclei of the embryo sac with a sperm nucleus.
