plank's quantum theory :-
according to plank quantum theory electromagnetic wave travel in the form of discrete packet of energy called quanta.this quanta of light is called photons .

=> photons travels with speed of light (3 x 10^8 m/s)

=> the frequency of photons don't change when travel from one medium to another .

=> speed of photons change , when travel from one medium to another, due to change in its wavelength .

=> energy of each photons related to plank constant by following equation
E=hc/lemda
where h is plank 's constant , c is speed of light and lemda is wavelength .

quantum numbers:-
actually this is related to quantum mechanical model of atom .there are three numbers that describes the exact position of an electron.
i.e. (principle quantum number, azimuthal quantum number, magnetic quantum number) .one more quantum introduced in morden science I.e spin quantum number.
which describe the spin of electron .
