The poet talks highly about the wind both in terms of praising and cursing it. The poet begins by requesting the wind to be a little humble and gentle and gradually tells the wind about the ill effects it has had on the surroundings.The poem wind is a symbolic poem because it deals with ups and downs of the life and how we should prepare ourself to face troubles in life. The poet tells us that strong people face difficulties bravely while week people are broken or destroyed.The wind symbolises difficulties and challenges. In the poem, the poet wants to say that wind has the power to destroy things but we should not be disappointed because of this. We should take the boldness of wind as a challenge and should come out as a winner.
