Polymers of glucose are called glucans, a kind of homopolysaccharide. Examples are glycogen, cellulose, dextrins, dextrans, amylose, amylopectin, etc.

Pretty much all of the complex carbohydrates (starch and Cellulose, primarily and not only) are polymers of glucose — sometimes with other sugars, sometimes on its own.

Polysaccharides are the general category.
