i) A money bill can only be introduced in the legislative assembly, and the legislative council has little hand in it. After a money bill is introduced in the legislative assembly, it goes to the legislative council for its approval. The council has to return the bill within a period of 14 days It can make certain suggestions, but it is for the Assembly to accept these or not. Precisely, it can only create a delay for 14 days, with regards to a money bill.
ii) With regards to an ordinary bill, it can be introduced both the houses. The legislative council can make amendments and delay the passing of a bill for a maximum period of 4 months.
