the total pressure on the swimmer would be the sum of the atmospheric pressure and the pressure due to 10m colum of water

so,

P = Patm + ρgh

here

Patm = 10ⁿ N/m²

ρ (of water) = 1000 kg/m³

g = 9.81 m/s²

h = 10m

thus, we have

P = 10ⁿ + (1000x9.81x10)

so, total pressure

P = 1.981 x 10ⁿ N/m²
