Since the blue ball was drawn without replacment,there will be a reduction in the possible out come of ball and the required outcome of ball.Thus:
Probability= required outcome/possible outcome.
n(Red balls) = 4
n(Blue balls)=6
Probability of picking a blue ball= 6/10
Probability/chance of picking two balls that are blue without replacement,such that the first selection is blue and the second selection is blue as well will be:
6/10×5/9= 30/90=1/3.
