Here is your answer buddy,
As we have so few outcomes, you could just list the outcomes you are interested in, i.e. (1,1) … (6,6), which are 6 in all.
We have 36 different outcomes in all (6 on each die), all with the probability of 1/36.
So getting a doublet has a probability of 6/36 = 1/6.
