They either wanna mess around with people who borrow their notes or no offense, but they have DID where each personality has a different handwriting. Or maybe different people took turns to write this specific person's notes and to teach him/her a lesson not to be lazy, they made it this way. There is another possibility that the said person suffers from dyslexia or ADHD or anything of that sort (note that I'm completely serious) and is trying their best to note down stuff from class.
