What is the procedure to be followed by a company if its employee is disappeared

HR during recruitment told me that I would be given a location X in Bangalore. That is the only reason why I agreed to join the company in the first place. I had mentioned it very clearly in all the interviews - the company agreed. But upon joining I was given location Y in Bangalore.
