What is the procedure to become a CBI, IB, or RAW Officer (A Grade)? Is there an exam? Is one supposed to be an IAS Officer first?

no there is no need to be an ias officer first.. but u have to prepare well for the subjects which are of approximately same level as that of ias .nd for all dese exams there is separate test for class b officers to get class a post u have to be experienced in class b officer..
